Recently, Ashy’s “Diet Plan” came under fire from the Dieticians Association of Australia as one of the worst fad diets in the country, and Ashy is confused as to why she was ranked with the Lemon Detox and Skinny Me Tea diets. (Bear in mind, that the DAA are the leading body in dietetics and nutrition professionals in Australia, representing over 50,000 members).
"Firstly I think they are confused with the difference between ABBBC and my clean eating diet plan,"
"Secondly its CRAZY how ‘ABBBC’ OR my clean eating diet plan can be compared with a liquid detox that holds next to nutritional value. Let alone any education/support/motivation on how to live a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained, to then compare it with my guidelines that involves REAL food, all food groups we all need, and no restrictions to cut any food groups out has just blown my mind."
Ashy, let me remind you that your Diet Plan is marketed and sold in your Bikini Body Challenge program by your company, Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge. There is no confusion, at least not on their part.
Why it was compared to those diets, is because they rated fad diets, which, (surprise surprise) your diet plan falls under that category.
For those who are unsure of what a “fad diet” is, here is the general consensus:
A fad diet is a nutritional regimen, usually extreme in nature, intended to produce results faster than a traditional diet-exercise combination, and often of a dubious nature.
You can see the Dieticians Association of Australia’s definition here.
Although a DAA spokeswoman did have this to say;
"Dietitians really discourage people from undertaking fad diets, and a fad diet is one that hasn’t been individually tailored to suit people’s needs,"
"The DAA calls on people to seek out individually tailored advice rather than follow fad diets."
"The real positive I see from it is it does focus on whole foods and a move away from processed foods.”
"It is encouraging the majority of the diet promotes vegetables and salad and advises the limitation of saturated fat and sugar.”
"Where it goes too far, is saying you can only have one piece of fruit a day, you shouldn’t eat carbs after morning tea, all of those things are very prescriptive."
"They are not for the general population."

The Ashy Bines Clean Eating Diet Plan page is reportedly missing.
This has been the third or fourth time this has happened. This comes after their Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge Facebook page was removed some time in the last few weeks.
Facebook also does not allow you to link their Clean Eating Diet Plan Facebook page anywhere as it is considered as “unsafe”.
Will they reveal as to why they have disappeared? Or will they cover it up again like we've seen in the past?
Update: It would seem that their pages are in fact being removed for purchasing Facebook likes

Another cheap and unprofessional marketing scheme done by ABBBC PTY LTD has been analyzed today.
Across 10 of their fake Facebook pages, they continuously spam their news feed with the same offers, instead of representing themselves as a company that cares for their customers and clean eating, barely providing free clean eating and exercise tips. (I'd honestly say that last part is non existent, because they only seem to re-blog/post "inspirational quotes" instead of giving their own messages of support.)
Since their “Clean Eating Diet Plan” page has been removed from Facebook due to purchasing illegal Facebook likes from 3rd party websites - which is against Facebook terms, they have spammed all of their Facebook pages with marketing promos.
I see most of their marketing promos have “CAPS LOCK” in them, which I find quite unprofessional.
They have also created an Instagram account to market their Clean Eating Diet Plan product due to their Facebook page loss.
This is highly unprofessional and does not show “smart marketing” as to what people have been praising towards this fraudulent company.

In the latest turn of events, Ashy has come under fire from Instagram users for posting this image, without the correct permissions, or even crediting the original owner.
The post has since been removed, but we have gotten hold of the comments made.

This post (removed or not) is rather hypocritical of Ashy and co. As seen here, in a post from the beginning of the year.
The owner of the image Ashy posted has since been contacted, and is most likely the person who had it taken down.

In the latest episode of the ABBBC saga, we learn that Ashy Bines Instagram has been compromised by @deityfitness.
All 150k followers gone. Poof.
This brings into question the security measures that are upheld at ABBBC, and by Steven, Ashy, and staff.
What else could be next? If it were a keylogger program, thousands of accounts and personal details could be at risk. Similar problems could arise if it were a simple password guess.
From our understanding, @ashybines1 (Ashy's original IG account, now @deityfitness) had been compromised, with all security settings changed to prevent the take back of the account. Without the proper security programs and safeguards in place, the system at ABBBC could be taken over or compromised.

Please note: this image was posted a while ago, with blog writers only just being able to update due to busy schedules.
WARNING: TRIGGER
LINK TO POST IN QUESTION: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=357011257744005

Australia’s notorious Clean Eating Diet Plan fraud (Diet Plan actually being a set of guidelines), uses a woman by the name of Isabelle Caro to promote her product.
Isabelle Caro was a model from France who suffered from severe anorexia, and died at the young age of 28.
To see Ashy have a “comparison” photo with the poor lady is just horrifyingly disgusting. I am sure that Isabelle, her firends, or family would not want to have herself promoted in such a way.

In this latest update, it seems Ashy is still at the image stealing. The story is mostly correct for her journey, but using it on her page with a link to her diet plan is rather misleading.
The post in question, along with Megan's response:

You would think that the ABBBC camp would have learned their lesson the first time, when they printed Strong Is The New Skinny on their tees and singlets, but alas, they have not.
In the latest money grub by Ashy Bines and Steven Evans, they've created another Facebook page, this time, titled "Strong Is The New Skinny," and have plastered her products all over it.
The creators of Strong Is The New Skinny, and, the ones who originally trademarked it, have been notified AGAIN.
I see lawsuits coming in the future.

Singlets that were in circulation last year, which, "miraculously," were no longer advertised or sold after complaints were made to Marsha Christensen.

Ashy's new money grab Facebook page.

The original Strong Is The New Skinny Facebook page.

FOREWARNING: The purpose of the video below is only to show how Steven Evans purchases dishonest Facebook likes. It is not BY ANY MEANS linked and uploaded to encourage such filth.
Pay very close attention to the pages he shows. This is how Steven Evans earns all of the dishonest likes on all of the associated pages he runs, which includes the Ashy Bines Bikini Body Challenge, Ashy Bines Clean Eating Diet Plan, AB Green Smoothies and the plagiarized Fitspiration page solely to promote her Diet Plan product.
